Terms of service

These General Terms and Conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") govern the terms of purchase through the siluyoga.com website (hereinafter: "Online Store") operated by Farsang Renáta EV. (registered office: 2011 Budakalász, Napsugár utca 3., Hungary, tax number: 92187070-2-33, email: hello@siluyoga.com, hereinafter: "Service Provider").

1. General Provisions

Purchases in the Online Store are made in accordance with applicable Hungarian law (Act V of 2013 - Civil Code, Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), Act CVIII of 2001). By using the Online Store, the Customer accepts the provisions of these Terms.

2. Products Available for Purchase

Only the Service Provider's own apparel products related to pilates and yoga activities are available for purchase in the Online Store. The essential characteristics and price of the products are listed on the product page.

3. Order Process

The Customer adds the selected products to the cart, then provides their shipping and billing details and selects a payment method. Placing an order entails a payment obligation. After submitting the order, the Customer receives an automatic confirmation email.

4. Prices and Payment Terms

The listed prices are gross prices (including VAT), in Hungarian forints (HUF). The Service Provider reserves the right to modify prices; this does not affect orders already placed.

You can pay online by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), including Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments; the Service Provider does not see or store your card details. Payment is due when the order is placed.

5. Shipping Terms

We currently ship within Hungary only, with FOXPOST. At checkout you can choose between two delivery options:

  • Foxpost parcel locker: 1,150 HUF
  • Foxpost home delivery: 1,800 HUF

The delivery fee is shown in your order total before payment. Delivery usually takes about 2-3 working days, including the time we need to hand your parcel to the courier. When your parcel arrives at the parcel locker, we email you a unique pickup code, and you can collect it within 4 days.

6. Right of Withdrawal

Under Section 20 of Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), a Customer qualifying as a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the product.

The right of withdrawal may be exercised:

  • online, from your account (Orders page), or via the withdrawal function on the order-tracking page linked in your order confirmation email,
  • by email, with a clear statement sent to hello@siluyoga.com.

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the product without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from notifying us of the withdrawal. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the product. The Service Provider will refund the full purchase price, together with the delivery fee paid for the original delivery (up to the cost of the cheapest standard delivery option offered), within 14 days of receiving the returned product (or proof of return), without charging any handling or restocking fee, using the same payment method originally used.

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the cases specified under the Civil Code and Government Decree 45/2014, in particular for undergarment pieces supplied in sealed hygiene packaging, where the packaging has been opened after receipt.

7. Warranty

The Service Provider is subject to the statutory warranty obligations (implied warranty and product warranty) under applicable law (Civil Code).

8. Complaints and Legal Remedies

Complaints may be submitted at hello@siluyoga.com. If unresolved, the Customer may turn to the following forums:

9. Copyright

The content displayed on the Online Store is protected by copyright and may not be used without the prior written consent of the Service Provider.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

Matters not regulated in these Terms are governed by Hungarian law, in particular the Civil Code and consumer protection legislation.
