Withdrawal and Refund Notice

Consumers purchasing from the siluyoga.com online store (Operator: Farsang Renáta EV., registered office: 2011 Budakalász, Napsugár utca 3., Hungary, email: hello@siluyoga.com) are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving a reason, under Section 20 of Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.).

Withdrawal period
14 days from receipt of the product.

How to exercise your right of withdrawal

• Online, from your account: via the "Withdraw from contract" / "Request a return" function on the Orders page, or on the order-tracking page linked in your order confirmation email - this is the simplest and fastest way.
• By email: with a clear statement sent to hello@siluyoga.com.

Method and cost of return
In the event of withdrawal, the product must be returned without undue delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of notifying us of the withdrawal. Returns are free of charge, you do not need to cover any return shipping costs.

Refund
Once we receive the returned product (or proof of return), we will refund the full purchase price within 14 days, using the same payment method you originally used. Depending on your bank, it may take a few days for the refund to appear on your statement. We do not charge any handling or restocking fee.
