Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to the delivery of orders placed through the siluyoga.com website (hereinafter: "Online Store"), operated by Farsang Renáta EV. (registered office: 2011 Budakalász, Napsugár utca 3., Hungary, tax number: 92187070-2-33, email: hello@siluyoga.com, hereinafter: "Service Provider").
1. General Provisions
We currently ship within Hungary only, using FOXPOST. You choose your delivery method while placing the order, before payment.
2. Delivery Options and Fees
- Foxpost parcel locker: 1,150 HUF
- Foxpost home delivery: 1,800 HUF
The delivery fee is shown in your order total before payment. Prices are gross prices in Hungarian forints (HUF).
3. Processing and Delivery Time
Delivery usually takes about 2-3 working days from your order, including the time we need to prepare your order and hand the parcel to the courier.
4. Delivery to a Foxpost Parcel Locker
Have your order delivered to any FOXPOST parcel locker and skip waiting for the courier all day. FOXPOST is a simple, flexible, contactless and eco-friendly way to collect and send parcels. For faster pickup, check the occupancy colour indicator of the lockers when you choose one.
As soon as your parcel arrives at the locker, we will email you a notification and a unique code you can use to collect it within 4 days. You can also track your parcel in the FOXPOST app.
5. Foxpost Home Delivery
The courier delivers your parcel to the address you provided when ordering. Foxpost will notify you about the delivery.
6. Address and Contact Details
Please enter your delivery address, phone number and email address accurately, because delivery notifications are sent to them. The Service Provider is not liable for delays caused by incorrect details.
7. Receiving and Checking Your Parcel
Please check your parcel when you receive it. If it is damaged or incomplete, let us know right away at hello@siluyoga.com.
8. Uncollected Parcels
If you do not collect your parcel within the pickup period, it will be returned to us. In that case we will contact you by email to arrange a new delivery or, if you wish, a refund. If a new delivery is needed, the delivery fee may apply again.
9. Returns
Returns are free of charge. Detailed rules are set out in Section 6 of our Terms of Service and in the refund policy.
